Instructions
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
Scoop most of the flesh into one of the shells, leaving a little behind so the “bowl” stays sturdy.
1 Avocado
Lightly mash with a fork. You can mash right in the shell or on your cutting board if that’s easier.
Add lime juice, salt, pepper, and any optional mix-ins.
