- 1 Cup Sugar white for fine, brown for soft, raw for coarse
- ½ Cup Carrier Oil coconut, olive, almond, or jojoba
- 5-15 Drops Essential Oil of Choice lavender, peppermint, citrus, etc.
- Optional: 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp vitamin E oil, dried herbs, citrus zest
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sugar and carrier oil until evenly blended.1 Cup Sugar, ½ Cup Carrier Oil

- Transfer to a clean, airtight glass jar.
Notes
Jar Size: A half-pint (8 oz) glass jar works perfectly for this recipe. It holds about 1½ cups of scrub, making it easy to scoop and store. For larger batches, you can use pint (16 oz) jars.
