Instructions
How to Make Festive Mini Sprinkle Cookies
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy — about 2 minutes.
½ Cup Salted Butter,
¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
Mix in the egg, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and butter extract.
1 Large Egg,
¼ Cup Corn Syrup,
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract,
¼ Teaspoon Butter Extract
Add the flour and baking soda, mixing just until a soft dough forms.
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour,
¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
Fold in the white chocolate chips and sprinkles.
1 Cup White Chocolate Chips,
⅓ Cup Holiday Sprinkles
Scoop 1 tablespoon portions, roll into balls, and place on your prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 7–9 minutes, just until the cookies spread slightly and begin to flatten. They should stay light in color for a soft texture.
Let cool a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack — or before small hands sneak one off the tray.

Notes
Baking Notes
Always use room temperature butter for the softest texture.
Don’t overbake — slightly underdone means soft centers.
Let children help with safe tasks like measuring, stirring, and rolling dough.
It’s okay if they aren’t perfectly shaped. Homemade never has to mean perfect.
What matters most is who you’re baking with.
