In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
10 Large Eggs
Whisk in the melted butter that has been cooled about 5 minutes.
1/2 Cup Salted Butter
Add the flour, baking powder, salt, onion powder, and cottage cheese. Whisk until fully combined and smooth.
½ Cup All-Purpose Flour, 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder, 2 Cups Cottage Cheese
Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Pour the mixture into a well-greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle fresh chives or green onions over the top, if desired.
