1TablespoonContact Lens Solutionor a saline solution. Get one that has boric acid and sodium borate, such as Renu Fresh Contact Lens Solution

Instructions
Make the Base Slime. In a mixing bowl, pour 1 cup of white school glue. Add the baking soda and mix thoroughly.
1 Cup White School Glue, 3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Add the water and continue stirring.
1/4 cup Water
Slowly mix in contact lens solution, a little bit at a time. That way you can adjust as needed so you don’t add too much. Add just enough until the slime forms and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
Knead the slime with your hands to achieve the perfect consistency.
As you are kneading, add 2 drops of food coloring or a little glitter, if desired.
This requires a lot of kneading. You may be surprised how much you need to knead this to help the slime form. If you find it to still be too sticky, just add a little bit of lotion or baby oil to your hands.
